Welcome! Hi there, and thanks for stopping by! My name is Deborah and I am a self-proclaimed "foodie!" I am a housewife and a mother of two toddlers. In today's hectic world, and as a former working mother, I am only too aware how difficult it can be to get a proper meal on the table for our families.
I am convinced that anyone can cook a decent, wholesome meal for their family in the same time it would take to go to the supermarket, buy, return home and reheat a ready meal. The trouble is that many of us don't know how - and with advertisers and supermarkets promoting so-called easier options - we don't always see the need to try.
The fact is that we are getting bigger, and are ignoring the fact that pre-packaged food is full of saturated fat, preservatives and other additives our bodies are not equipped to handle. Home-cooked food, whilst not always low fat, is real food - ingredients we know and can vouch for- and obviously much tastier.
Whether you are interested in learning how to cook such meals, would like something cooked for you, or have an event that needs to be catered, I can help. I offer both catering for simple meals and more elaborate parties. I can give you private cooking lessons in your own kitchen or host a cooking party for you and your friends.
